Sarah tagged me to do a “stuff you didn’t knew about me”-post. I know it’s fun/interesting for the readers, but there’s a problem: Anybody who cares, knows pretty much everything about me (through Twitter, Flickr or Last.fm).

I’m a web user from the second generation (no, not 2.0). This means that I copy almost my entire life online. Through images, remarks, taste in music, comments on other blogs, …
But I’m giving this a shot; here are 5 things you (hopefully) didn’t knew about me:
- I’m afraid of crowds
Whenever I’m in the middle of a large group of people, I panic. I hate the fact that it’s noisy, and sometimes, smelly. I only feel comfortable when I can focus on something (a concert or presentation). - I’m addicted to work
I guess this is probable a good thing. If my girlfriend wouldn’t call me to senses, I could easily work 18 hours a day. I love what I do! - I’m addicted to news/information/learning new stuff
Please don’t send me on holiday without a good technical book, or without a way to check my RSS-feeds. I don’t care what the papers write, things that are important to know, I’ll read through Twitter or RSS. - I love watching people
Not in a scary way. I could watch people passing by for hours. Goodlooking, badlooking, thin, fat, young, old. Every single person has something interesting. - I hate “macho’s”
Please be yourself. There’s no reason to be rude, loud, annoying, … Cartuning is about the engine, not the color of the body or the price of your wheels. And if you see an older person struggling, helping them out wont cost you a dime. Also: What’s so cool about being unfriendly against girls/woman/… They aren’t “bitches” or “ho’s” or whatever you like to call them. You may be the coolest person in highschool, but I would like to see you again in 10 years.
Tag, you’re it!
I invite following people to publish 5 fact we don’t know about them:
- Sam Brown
- Johan Ronsse
- Marko Mihelcic
- Matthew Smith
- John Oxton (here’s an excuse to do something “useful” with your blog)

I had the same problem.
I love your nr 4. I do that to. It’s nice to just observe people and make up your own story about who they are and what they do.

I think what you mean is your online life mirrors your real life, or that they are one and the same.
I heard that, bruther!
